1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ranking.ae website ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Services

ranking.ae provides local SEO services including Google Business Profile optimisation, on-page SEO, link building, and content strategy for businesses operating within the UAE. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services, grant necessary access to platforms (Google Business Profile, website CMS, etc.) required to deliver the agreed services, and review and approve content and recommendations in a timely manner. Delays caused by client inaction may affect delivery timelines without liability to ranking.ae.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are as stated in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur a monthly interest charge of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by UAE law, whichever is lower. ranking.ae reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.

5. Results and Guarantees

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website technical health. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We commit to applying industry best practices and transparent reporting throughout the engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

Content, reports, and materials we produce for you under a paid engagement become your property upon receipt of full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, templates, and software remain the intellectual property of ranking.ae. You may not resell or redistribute our work without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of two (2) years.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ranking.ae's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable. ranking.ae may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these Terms.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Site or services to engage in unlawful activity, distribute malware or spam, infringe third-party intellectual property, or violate UAE Federal laws or regulations. ranking.ae reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any party engaged in such activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by UAE federal law and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.
